WHAT'S THE FIRST STEP?

Start with a free inspection. You can send us photos of the damage by clicking the SCHEDULE button, or we’ll come to you for an in-person assessment if needed. From there, we’ll walk you through the process and help with insurance, rental coordination and scheduling your repair.

WHAT'S THE PROCESS LIKE?

We start with a free estimate. If you decide to move forward, we’ll help with your insurance paperwork, rental car coordination (if needed) and get your repair scheduled at our shop. You'll receive updates on the status of repairs and we're available to answer your questions. You’ll get regular updates on your repairs and we're here to answer any questions along the way.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER THE REPAIR?

Often, yes—especially for hail damage. We’ll help you understand your coverage, work directly with your insurance company and do everything we can to reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

WHAT ABOUT A RENTAL CAR?

If your insurance covers a rental, we’ll help coordinate that for you. And even if it doesn’t, we offer a free rental car to qualifying customers—just ask us for details when you request your estimate. We’ll make sure you're taken care of while your vehicle is being repaired.

WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES DO YOU WORK ON?

We typically work on 2019 or newer vehicles from all major manufacturers—Ford, Toyota, BMW, Chevrolet, Tesla, Mercedes, Nissan and more. If you have an older model, we’re happy to take a look and provide an honest recommendation.

Older vehicles can sometimes be more difficult and costly to repair due to aged paint, harder-to-find parts and limited insurance coverage. In some cases, it may make more sense to take classic or restoration-grade vehicles to a specialty shop.

But if you’re considering repair, we’re always happy to inspect the vehicle and help you weigh your options.

IS IT WORTH REPAIRING HAIL DAMAGE ON AN OLDER VEHICLE

Sometimes. Repairing hail damage on an older vehicle may cost more than it’s worth, depending on the condition, paint age and insurance coverage. If you're unsure, let us inspect the vehicle and walk you through your options.

WHAT IS PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR (PDR)?

PDR is a method of removing dents without sanding, body filler or paint. It preserves your car’s original finish and is often faster, more affordable and longer-lasting than traditional bodywork.

DO YOU EVER USE TRADITIONAL BODY SHOPS?

When necessary, yes. If the damage goes beyond what PDR can fix, we’ll explain why and refer you to one of our trusted body shop partners. We never cut corners and we’ll only recommend what’s best for your vehicle.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE FIND MORE DAMAGE DURING THE REPAIR?

We’ll contact your insurance company and get approval for any additional work needed. You’ll be informed right away—no surprises.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Yes. All of our repairs come with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

SHOULD I GET AN INSPECTION EVEN IF I DON’T SEE DAMAGE?

Yes. Hail damage can be hard to spot under normal lighting and even minor dents can reduce your vehicle’s value. Our team uses specialized lights to spot damage you might miss—and our estimates are free.
